Bachelor of Clinical Sciences / Assessment Methods

1.      Written exams  in taught courses and their practicals

2.      Evaluation of assignments/projects and essays

3.      Evaluation of final year capstone presentation

4.      Comprehensive written and oral exam for the practicum rotation training.  The exam goes beyond structured tasks (e.g. memorization of concepts) by involving students in high-level thinking and seeking for the generic competencies of communication, critical thinking, creative thinking, problem solving field practice, use of instruments, report writing, and high challenging tests and examination.  The practical training period is supervised by tutors at the University of Jordan. The supervisor at the work place is preceptor.  The students’ knowledge, skills, attitudes and behaviors are evaluated and compiled in a report by their supervisors and preceptors. The final grade will be reported as fail or pass.​
