
The Department was
established in 1965 and offers Bachelor of Biological Sciences (B.Sc.), Master
degree in Biological Sciences (M.Sc.), and Doctor of Philosophy in Biological Sciences
(Ph.D.) to qualify students to teach and to conduct research in biology. The
Bachelor program is designed to provide students with knowledge in major
disciplines of biological sciences.
The department also teaches
one to three general Biology classes for non-biological sciences students from
other schools, such as Schools of Medicine, Agriculture, Dentistry, Nursing and
Re-Habilitation Sciences.
Teaching Programs:
1. The Department offers B.Sc. degrees in Biological Sciences. The total credit hours required is one hundred and thirty two credit hours:
