• Course Description :This is a four-credit hour course mandatory for first-year students of medicine and dentistry. The course is designed to introduce students to the basics of cellular and molecular biology. The basics include the study of cell structure and the function of cell components, the chemical structure of the genetic material, molecular processes such as replication, transcription, and translation, in addition to the study of basic molecular biology tools and techniques.
