ضمن احتفالات الكلية بالعيد الخمسيني للجامعة، نتشرف بدعوتكم لحضور محاضرة حول " المحطة الفضائية الدولية "، حيث سيتم التعريف بالمحطة، وإمكانيات تصميم تجارب، تستخدم إمكانيات المحطة من قبل الباحثين المحليين في الأردن.

الموضوع هام وعلمي ونرجو التواجد من أكبر عدد ممكن من الطلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس للفائدة الكبيرة المرجوة، وذلك في مدرج وصفي التل بقسم الكيمياء الاثنين 12-11-2012 الساعة 2 ونصف إلى 3 ونصف.

 

Scientific Research on the International Space Station

The International Space Station (ISS) is an international research laboratory in space where hundreds of scientific experiments are conducted. An introduction to the International Space Station, the transportation systems that support it and the scientific research performed on it will be presented. The basic considerations for designing experiments for the Space Station will be discussed. These include shock, vibration and acoustic noise, thermal management, outgassing, power and telemetry. 

The Extreme Universe Space Observatory (EUSO) will be presented and discussed as an example of an experiment on the Space Station. This experiment is planned for installation on the Exposed Facility of the Japanese Experiment Module (JEM).
