Industrial
Chemistry is a four-year program that incorporates traditional areas of physical,
analytical, inorganic, and organic chemistry and directs it to solve chemical
industries' problems
. It aims to meet the
challenges of a rapidly evolving society and respond to national aspirations.
Students pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Chemistry are required to
carry out a project in their final year under a lecturer's supervision.
Industrial training is compulsory for all students. Industrial training
provides students with the necessary practical exposure and skills and helps
them become successful professional chemists in the future.
