Background to the program and subject area:
The
program began in 1965, and the student has to finish 132 hours, 27 hours as
university requirements, 21 hours as college requirements, and 84 hours in
specialization. The basic courses include several areas: analysis, algebra,
topology, applied mathematics, and statistics.
Upon graduation, students are eligible to enter
the labour market or complete their higher education.
