Program Specifications

Bachelor of Mathematics / Program Overview



The program began in 1965, and the student has to finish 132 hours, 27 hours as university requirements, 21 hours as college requirements, and 84 hours in specialization. The basic courses include several areas: analysis, algebra, topology, applied mathematics, and statistics.

Upon graduation, students are eligible to enter the labour market or complete their higher education.

Mathematics Baccalaureate Program Educational Objectives

  1. Secure a successful career or complete their postgraduate studies in Mathematics or in any related field.
  2.  Become proficient with the applications of Mathematics and use their knowledge efficiently to solve emerging practical real life problems.
  3.  Develop their mathematical knowledge and skills by continually conducting independent learning and adapt to new technologies, tools, and methodologies to stay current in the profession​
