Research Interest

​Experimental Work:

* Production and characterization of semiconducting  thin films and solar cells.

* Production and characterization of thin films and powders of metal oxides such as SnO2, Cu2O, and ZnO. 

* Processing and characterization of Silica.


Computational Work:
* Structural, electronic and optical properties of Solids (NbN, Si, CdS..) using  Wien2k package.

* Thermodynamic properties and phase diagrams of materials using Thermo-Calc Software.
