PhD in Geology
Program Description :
The Department of Geology offers a program leads to granting a Ph.D. degree in Applied Environmental Geology. Eligible students for admission in this program are those who hold a M.Sc in Geology, Environmental Geology, Oceanography, Remote Sensing, Engineering Geology and Mining Engineering can be accepted in this program.    Students should successfully complete 54 graduate credits. These include 18 credits from compulsory courses and 18 credits from elective course requirements. Passing with grade C+ or higher for any required course.  Under the guidance and supervision of a faculty member of the department, each student should complete reasonably valuable research dissertation (18 credits).
