PhD In Chemistry
Program Description :
The Department of Chemistry offers a program leads to granting a Ph.D. degree in Chemistry and covers all areas in Chemistry (Organic, Inorganic, Analytical, Physical and Industrial Chemistry. Students should successfully complete 54 graduate credits. These include 24 credits from compulsory courses and 15 credits from elective course requirements. Passing with grade C+ or higher for any required course. A Ph.D. student should pass basic and advanced qualifying exams in the four areas of Chemistry. The areas are: (Organic, Inorganic, Analytical, and  Physical Chemistry). Under the guidance and supervision of a faculty member of the department, each student should complete reasonably valuable research dissertation (18 credits).
